I remember when I was a kid Showtime used to air "exercise" programs like this. The innuendo was lost on me at the time. I just thougth it funny that they shows were on so late at night.
This ia hilarious. My brother and his friends used to love watching these. These programs were so cheesy and overtly provocative, that they were funny. This spoof is not too far off the mark.
